Pan Chaoyu Master Skill Studio and Model Worker Innovation Studio is awarded by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, etc. It is a core technical team dedicated to project research, technical innovation, apprenticeship and learning exchange, and is the epitome of skill inheritance culture and humanistic culture advocated by Chairman Lu Xinguo. The studio is located in the new industrial park of Peilocheng Group, No. 2177 Yinzhou Avenue. The studio consists of three blocks, with the central area set up with the Road of Double Strength, the training and communication room, the honor room, the leader's studio and the office of the sub-leader. On the 7th floor of the administrative area on the left side of the road of Shuangqiang, there is a transformation hall (corporate image hall), and on the 2nd floor, there is a "Party Member Shuangqiang Studio", and on the right side of the road of Shuangqiang, there is a practical training area in the production base. The center area is 220 square meters, the supporting area is 1200 square meters, and the facilities and equipment are worth 10 million yuan. The studio also carries out independent evaluation of enterprise skilled personnel, school-enterprise cooperation in innovation and entrepreneurship training base and training base for highly skilled personnel and other related work.
